These terms govern your use of the Side Quest Slayer mobile app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using Side Quest Slayer
You may use Side Quest Slayer for personal, lawful progress journaling. You are responsible for the photos, reflections, and other content you create or import and for having permission to use that content.
Your content and device storage
You keep ownership of your content. The app stores quest content locally on your device and does not provide cloud backup or recovery. You are responsible for device security and any backups or exports you choose to make.
App Store distribution
The iOS app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your download and use may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, device requirements, and account rules.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, abuse the waitlist, or use the services in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Android waitlist
Joining the Android waitlist does not guarantee that an Android version will be released or establish a release date. You may request removal from the list at any time.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the services useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No professional advice
Side Quest Slayer is a general progress-journaling tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available without warranties, and MB Creative Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
